We currently sell locally and offer the following delivery and pickup options:

• Free local pickup at our designated location.
• Free local delivery for qualifying orders.
• Paid local delivery for orders outside our free delivery range.
  

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. After 30 days, our FloraCare support is available to help with plant care guidance.

Return Conditions

• The plant must be in good condition to qualify for a return.
• Returns are accepted at our discretion based on plant condition.
• Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns can be dropped off at our pickup location.
  

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will initiate the refund, which will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
